Leicestershire County Council \('the Council'\) is preparing to procure a replacement Blue Badge Case Management System later this year\. The Council would like to consult the market in relation to this requirement\. At this stage it is soft market test only and NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION Soft Market Test questionnaires can be accessed and response submitted via eastmidstenders portal by 12 noon on Monday, 19th December 2022\.
