To carry out all external painting and decoration work as detailed in the Specification and schedule of works and rates provided, to various DAMHA properties as listed in tender details. To include the removal and replacement of fixtures as deemed necessary. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
