Framework for the Provision of Property & Estates Consultancy Services

NHS Commercial Solutions is seeking to procure, through a framework agreement, a panel of suitably experienced and qualified consultants to provide expert guidance to NHS and, potentially, other public sector organisations in the field of property and estates management, including but not limited to six facet surveys, support to the customer as landlord and/or tenant, town planning & development, acquisition and disposal and health & safety inspections/risk assessments.

The framework is open to all NHS organisations in the UK (including GP surgeries).
