Description

A competitive tender was sent out with the specification to 3 different companies to provide 4 weed control quads with spray equipment. Additional information: I did research on the best possible equipment for the job speaking to the supervisors in Grounds Maintenance whose staff would be using the vehicles. I also consulted with vehicle maintenance staff and looked at the records of our current quads to ascertain the reliability record of our current vehicles. From this I put together a suitable specification also considering delivery times.
