Data strategy implementation

Description

CCW is looking for a partner to implement a new data architecture and provide ongoing call-down support to maximise the use of our existing data. The initial implementation comprises of two key components: - Implementation of Azure Data Factory and Power BI to integrate with CCWs Microsoft Azure public cloud computing platform to provide a robust data architecture that will consist of: o Data repository (Microsoft Azure) o Analysis and visualisation software (Power BI) o Ingestion and Transform (Azure Data Factory) - Set up and migration of historic data for Water company complaints and operational data (largely Excel based) plus installation of an automatic link to complaints received by CCW captured on our Oracle CRM.
