Construction of Village Community Hub in Aveley, South Ockedon

The Design and Construction of a single storey Village Community Hub, under a JCT Design and Build Contract 2016, providing space for a Nursery, Library, Youth Groups and Main Hall, which could be used for major functions such as weddings, birthday parties etc. External works include a new car park, soft play area adjacent to the nursery, café terrace and rear access to the kitchen for deliveries and refuse collection.
