40 MOO's, 24 Dover MOO's VTS and an unknown number of SMOO's before the end of this financial year, the cost per license is £400 each bring the total to 32k. Blackpool and Flyde college are the only suppliers of the Nautical Knowledge qualification which all MOO's need to fully qualify
