## Description

This procurement will establish a supplier contract for the purchase of a consultancy service to design the future target-state supply chain that combines the end-to-end sourcing, supply chain management and customer fulfilment components of the emergency supply chain with the business as usual processes\. The process is being run as a further competition via Lot 2 \(Procurement, Supply Chain And Commercial Consultancy Services\) of the Crown Commercial Services MCF2 \(Management Consultancy Framework Two\) and tenders are limited to suppliers appointed to that Lot of the framework agreement\.
