Liverpool City Region Combined Authority wishes to commission a new website to support its communications strategy. The new site will represent a move away from the current site, which focusses primarily on corporate information. It will instead provide a platform for reaching a wide range of audiences and stakeholders with engaging, high quality content. Its guiding principles are that it will be content led, search rich and social integrated, and agencies' strategic approach and proposals should reflect this.
