Wigan Council intends to procure Provider\(s\) to deliver simple major adaptations and a small number of specialist minor adaptations to all premises, both council and privately owned including private rented and those owned by Housing Associations\.\\r \\r The duration of the framework will be over a 4-year period \(2025 - 2029\) and has a total approximate value of £7,500,000\.
