## Description

The Council is seeking a framework of multiple providers that can provide a Secure Transport and Escort service\. This service will be predominantly used by young people who live at Aycliffe Secure Centre, however it may be used by any service/venue within the borders of Durham County Council and transport may be required to any given location\. The service will ensure young people are securely transported and escorted to planned or emergency appointments such as hospital, meetings or other appointments\.
