The works entail the following: o Bricking in existing external door o Re-routing of heating pipework o Removal / Installation of block walls o Installation of a service counter o Installation of new fire doors o Relocation of electric sockets o Installing a timber staircase / balustrading to a mezzanine area o Upgrading the existing lighting to LED lighting o Internal redecorations of the office mess area Work will take place at Lee Valley Springfield Marina, Spring Hill, London, E5 9BL
