## Description

We require organisational development support and volunteer workforce development to implement our coproduction governance structure, supporting the development of a whole system change across Southend\. This will enable parents to shape services for them and their children and access opportunities through skills development and improving employability\. A Better Start Southend is inviting quotation proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations with good local knowledge to develop our coproduction model\. This includes the development of: 1\. A Coproduction Strategy 2\. A volunteering opportunities and training Map and Review of the current offer 3\. A Community Innovation Grant model and process 4\.
