## Description

- Undertake a gap analysis of the existing scheme information to deliver a new M5 junction through the Regional Delivery Partnership \(RDP\) framework with the appointment of a Technical Advisor and subsequent Delivery Integration Partner \(DIP\) contractor\. - Conduct a high-level review of the land being gifted to National Highways to Agratas to establish if it's sufficient for the design\. - Conduct relevant schedule, risks and planning workshops to gain clarity\. - Review the existing Project Control Framework \(PCF\) process and propose a streamlined product matrix tailored to deliver the new junction as soon as possible\. - Develop the TA2 Framework Scheme specific contract and finalise contract signing with the Technical Advisor to enable Stages 1&2 to be completed by 31 December 2024\.
