## Description

To recruit between 15 and 20 qualified social workers from South Africa and Canada, or elsewhere, to fill vacancies within the Children's Services in 'hard to fill' teams\. Ideally, to have the social workers relocate to the UK between November 2022 and March 2023 or earlier if possible\.
