21/001 Financial Wellbeing, Debt & Generalist Advice Service

Tamworth Borough Council are commissioning a Financial Wellbeing, Debt & Generalist Advice Service in partnership with Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT). This will form one part of a variety of services linked to the prevention of homelessness across all tenures, but specifically to the sustainment of Council tenancies. The service will be proactive and provide access and support to residents at an early stage rather than at a more complex crisis stage. An element of the service will also support mental health issues within the local community by supporting MPFT clients as required.
