Direct award notice against framework RM6240 Lot 1a Full Service Provision - England and Wales • Companies Act advice and support with occasional company administration which may include some company secretarial services setting up and winding up companies and changes to Mem & Arts of a subsidiary • Capacity to undertake Trust administration/secretarial services including undertaking filings with regulatory bodies if required • General legal advice including linked to financial matters, company administration, taxation, governance, bribery act, fraud act, corporate governance, etc. • Liaison with accountants (internal and potentially external) and tax advisors as required • General property (land and buildings) advice and work to include all title issues, covenants, disposals, acquisitions, freehold and leasehold • Pensions law advice • Commercial contract advice, including in relation to service delivery agreements and collaboration agreements, and any related public procurement advice • Personal data protection, GDPR and information law generally • Competition law advice
