## Description

UK Visas and Immigration \(UKVI\) is currently undergoing organisation wide transformation and the requirements of this procurement are to support in accelerating that transformation process\. A key part of this work is ensuring that Shared Capabilities' \(formally Strategy & Change\) structure, processes, roles and responsibilities support the new direction of UKVI in line with the vision, mission, objectives, strategy and tactics \(VMOST\); and wider organisational design\. A number of transformation projects have already been stood up and many have started to deliver tangible change\.
