## Description

This Requirement contributes to a work package of the Large Scale Data Processing & OSINT \(LSDP&O\) Project in the Intelligence Countering Adversary Networks \(ICAN\) Programme by providing the ground truth imagery needed to set a Kaggle Challenge\. This work package is the continuation of the work to run a Kaggle competition on the automatic mark-up of overhead imagery\. Due to the high profile nature of this task it is deemed a priority for the work package and the project\. The overall requirement is to turn the existing imagery into a format ready to be used in the competition and identify the location of various object and features within a portion of the imagery\.
