Description

This is a Contract Award Notice to communicate a contract award made by the Contracting Authority; NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board, (hereinafter referred to as "the Authority") in compliance with their local standing financial instructions (SFIs). A contract for the provision of a Temporary Digital Information Governance Advisor across the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (MSE ICB) area has been awarded to The Venn Group Ltd, via a compliant direct-award process under the Crown Commercial Services Framework (RM6160). The contract commences 24th January 2023 and expires on 31st March2024, at a total aggregate Contract Value of £64,008.00 (inclusive of VAT). The Authority is publishing this Contract Award Notice in the Contracts Finder in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020) for spend above £30,000.
