GB-King's Lynn: Flat Roof Repairs

Description

CITB wishes to procure a single supplier for approximately 2525m2 of flat roofing overhaul and associated insulation, flashings, parapets, copings and rain water goods repairs and replacements over a number of the buildings at our Bircham Newton, Norfolk site. There may also be an opportunity to carry out some building fabric repair work on these buildings Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
