Motorcycle rider training provision in Sierra Leone

Description

Mott MacDonald has subcontracted a specialist organisation to provide rider training to a cohort of 70 to 80 riders with varying levels of existing skill and experience. This training will take place in Sierra Leone before the end of 2019. It will involve both theoretical and practical elements, the latter in very small groups to permit differentiation and appropriate focus on individual skills development. Initial and post-training skills assessments will be carried out.
