## Description

Falmouth Exeter Plus is looking for a single contractor for the summer cleaning of residences at the Penryn Campus and various offsite student accommodation locations in Penryn and Falmouth\. The Contractor should ensure that the contract is staffed to a sufficient level at all times, using suitably trained staff who are provided with the necessary provisions to undertake the work set out within the specification and to a strict deadline\.
