Service and Maintenance of Refrigeration, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Equipment

Bournemouth University (BU) is seeking formal tendered offers for on-site servicing and preventative maintenance of building air conditioning and ventilation equipment. The maintenance programme is to be carried out against an agreed schedule ensuring that during the 12 month period, maintenance is completed for all equipment. These visits are for the purpose of ensuring that the control systems and components are operating correctly and in accordance with the design strategy and all legislative requirements.
