We require expert professional advice on appropriate recruitment publications/job boards, developing and preparing adverts and advertising campaigns (including the preparation of advert for Invitations to Tender, this can involve campaign management). We would like to take steps to grow our EVP, and to increase our presence on social media in partnership with our chosen agency and internal partners, and continue to strengthen our emerging talent pipeline for graduate and apprenticeship opportunities.
