## Description

The London Borough of Merton \(“the Council”\) is inviting quotations from suitably qualified and experienced providers to a survey of a sample of adult residents in the borough to ascertain their satisfaction with the council and its services\. In addition we may also wish to test the views of a smaller sample of 250 young people aged 11-17 years\. This quotation exercise will be conducted electronically, via the London Tenders Portal which can be found at https://procontract\.due-north\.com/Register \(the “Portal”\), which is free for you to register on and to use\.
