Strata Service Solutions Ltd is a Private Ltd Teckal Company wholly owned by 3 Local Authorities: Teignbridge District Council, Exeter City Council and East Devon District Council. The Councils specify their needs and supply their budgets to Strata on an annual basis; Strata do not add any margin on any contracts managed on behalf of their Councils. Strata holds and manages the contract ensuring compatibility with the pre-existing systems as well as procuring on behalf of each or all of the Council's individual needs.
