## Description

This project entails the following: - 1\) Refurbishment of 1970s building currently allocated to the Lancaster University Management School \(LUMS\) to provide cellular offices on B & C floor and teaching space on A floor\. 2\) Extension to create a new "hub" link 3\) External works including drainage and demolition, bike store and bin store\. This appointment is being procured from our Civil and Structural Engineering Services Framework\.
