## Description

East Suffolk Council \("ESC", "the Council"\) requires a Security Service provider to manage a tower block building in Lowestoft\. This relates to St\. Peter Court \(SPC\), a 16-storey residential tower block, located in central Lowestoft\. The building comprises 90 x 2-bedroom flats with a single central stair and lift core\. In addition, ESC requires ad hoc security services \(of a similar nature\) to mobilise and deploy 24 hour guarding duties within 48 hours' notice from ESC\.
