MHCLG; Housing Infrastructure Fund Legal services - Contract

This contract has already been awarded and is published for transparency purposes. MHCLG is responsible for Government policy relating to housing, planning and building, local growth, local government, integration and community cohesion. Its job is to create great places to live and work right across the country. It is a ministerial department, supported by 13 agencies and public bodies. MHCLG has appointed a legal provider to prepare, negotiate and agree a bespoke Grant Determination Agreement (GDA) for the Meridian Water Housing Infrastructure Fund, Forward Funding Award. The appointed solicitor will prepare, negotiate and agree a bespoke GDA based upon a detailed template GDA, Heads of Terms which detail the commercial principles of the Award, an agreed HIF Assurance Framework document and other background documentation. This contract has been awarded following a mini competition under the CCS - General Legal Advice Services framework ref RM 3786 - Lot 1.
