GB-Chelmsford: Strategic Housing Needs Assessment

Chelmsford City Councils planning team are looking to commission a Strategic Housing Needs Assessment to support the review of the Local Plan. The purpose of the Study is to assess how many homes, and determine the types of homes, that need to be planned for across the period 2020 - 2041 to ensure the Local Plan remains up to date and continues to meet changing needs.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
