Work description
Liverpool City Council in conjunction with Liverpool CCG is looking to admit a number of new home care providers not currently under contract, to provide a personal care service with Liverpool City Council onto a short-term approved provider list to assist in the Transfer of Hospital and Urgent Care for a defined period of time (April 2016 to June 2016)
