## Description

Basildon Borough Council is looking to engage a contractor for its new build development to three sites within the Borough\. The Works comprise of all necessary demolition and the design and construction of new homes,complete with associated drainage and services alterations, all infrastructure, external hard and soft landscaping\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
