Description
WP12.1.2 SAB Flooring Scope of work: WP12.1.2 SAB Flooring consists of the design for construction and manufacture, supply, installation and assurance of flooring and tiling to the Shared Accommodation Building (SAB), which sits central to the concourse area. The scope of this package includes the following: Levels: Basement B1, Ground Floor GF, First Floor F1, Second Floor F2. Elements: Screeding and waterproofing, raised access flooring, stair nosings, wall and floor tiling, various floor finishes including access covers. Design Development: Prepare the design for construction and manufacture, including detailed plans, elevations, general arrangements, and fabrication drawings. These drawings should encompass all necessary interface and connection details, structural elements, ancillary elements and products to meet the prescribed performance requirements. Samples and Prototypes: Provide samples, prototypes, visual mock-ups, and benchmarks as deemed necessary to ensure compliance with design and quality standards. Material Supply and Installation: Supply all required materials, labour, supervision, plant, and equipment for construction in accordance with the approved design. Assurance and Certification: Generate and supply comprehensive assurance documentation. Coordination: Ensure coordination with various substrates, and other finishes to achieve integration within the overall project. Additional information: BBVS - Code of Conduct BBVS - Mutual NDA
