Work description
ENGIE Services Limited (ENGIE) on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council (The Authority) is seeking to appoint new delivery partners to issue ITSO complaint bus passes. The service is contract managed by ENGIE as part of the transformation partnership contract and is currently delivered on behalf of the Authority by a private sector provider.
