The council is looking to purchase a new property management system to manage its portfolio of revenue generating properties\. The council is looking to see what products are on the market to check functionality as well as indicative costs\. The system would be used to drive efficiencies in generating revenue, highlighting opportunities and allow for greater depth of reporting\.
