EPR FBC development

SABP wish to contract with Cloud21 for the provision of consultancy support to deliver the Full Business Cases required to support their ADAPT+ Programme. Jackie Millar from Millar Hutchison will be assigned as a sub-contractor to undertake this work. The stages for delivery are: 1) Completion of EPR procurement documentation 2) Scoping and creation of benefit documentation templates 3) Creation of revised finance model 4) Draft 1 of FBC
