Filestore - Application Dependencies Remediation

Description

To deliver the retirement of all remaining applications and business processes which remain as exceptions within the legacy Filestore, or moved to the 'Infrastructure as a Service server (IaaS)' to provide a short term exception to folders moving to read only. Any dependencies which have a critical business requirement to remain should be fully isolated away from Filestore so not to be a blocker to the legacy Filestore being retired.
