The Neighbourhoods team seeks to appoint a suitable consultant as project manager to oversee the delivery of the Waste Consolidation Project in the area\. The project manager will lead the bidding process of waste companies for the project and then promote their offer to this business\. They will also manage the area proposed as a bin store alongside the selected waste company and businesses to deliver a clean, workable solution
