CONTRACT FOR PROVISION OF INTEGRATED SEXUAL AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH SERVICES FOR GATESHEAD

Sexual Health Services provide a range of interventions that enable people to experience healthy sexual relationships. This service will deliver sexual health services for the local population including STI and HIV testing and contraception. The service will need to have approaches for specific client groups as detailed in the specification with an emphasis on prevention and early intervention and reducing risky behaviour. We are seeking a Provider to work with the Council to deliver innovative and effective approaches to support people to access Sexual Health services across the borough. Access to the service shall be available through various channels and in locations that are inclusive and address both the urban and rural localities. Seldom heard groups will be effectively engaged. We require digital offer to support Service Users to gain access to timely interventions including an effective website that enables people to access self-help, advice and information and also make appointments. It will also include on-line offer for self-testing to increase the uptake of testing and achieve quick turn-around for effective treatment.
