## Description

Start up seminar for 25 \(they can do a webinar instead for all 50\) - One to one diagnostic \(re: skills, motivations etc\), 2 coaching follow ups and 6 months support Assume 50% take up of one to one - £36,400 \+VAT in total\. This is based on the fact that several Directors already have NEDs and others have indicated they would not\. The 50% estimate is in excess of anticipated take-up of the offer\.
