Neighbourhoods Capital Investment Programme 2020-2025

The new partnering framework will have the capability to deliver the bulk of Thirteen Housing Group's asset capital investment programme over the next 5 years (2020-2025). We are hoping to appoint a maximum of 2 contractors within the partnering framework with expenditure likely to be at least £100m over the duration of the framework. The work content will be made up of all aspects of property refurbishment, including complex and high rise buildings. This will require the partnership to include multi-disciplined teams capable of providing a 'one stop shop' service to Thirteen.
