## Description

The scope of this tender includes the design and the construction of a new ARP Teaching Block at Harris Academy Rainham and the submission of a planning application with discharge of any planning conditions\. The design includes all design matters necessary to submit planning and undertake the works\. The contractor will also be responsible for any Principal Designer duties\.
