## Description

We are requesting submissions from suppliers on the CPC Digital Transformation Framework \( LOT 2\) \( Ref CPC/DU/MFD/03A\) to supply a managed print solution to The University of Cumbria\. Our Print Room and non-networked printers are included in Option 1 of this Invitation to Tender\. Option 2 assumes the closure of our Print Unit and the provision of a third party reprographics service\. Our preference is for suppliers to price both options\. Covid19 has, of course, changed the landscape and we are therefore looking for a phased introduction of new MFDs with a minimum order as stated in the specification with flexibility to add more MFDs later in the year / contract if required\. We are awarding the contract for a period of 5 years\.
