PSF4 Lot 1B- Schools Decarbonisation Strategy

Description

As part of the process to understand existing buildings emissions and deliver carbon reductions, Westmorland and Furness Council ("the Authority"), working with the 69 maintained schools, wishes to undertake a programme of Building Condition Surveys (on site) and preparation of Heat Decarbonisation Plans (desktop study) for each school building. The aim is to understand the existing energy performance, measured against current published standards and building codes, and then identify feasible measures to improve energy efficiency, introduce low carbon heating and renewable energy systems.
