New Build Cafe/Pavilion

Description

Horley Town Council requires the design and construction of a single storey Café/Pavilion plus various associated external works located at Horley Recreation Park, Brighton Road, Horley, Surrey RH6 8HJ . The project will be tendered on a 'Design and Build' basis with use of a JCT Design and Build Contract (DB), 2016 Edition with a completion date of June/July 2019. The anticipated build cost is in the region of £500,000 (five hundred thousand pounds). Those wishing to apply must provide a fixed price in full compliance with the Employer's Requirements documentation (Ref 190.002) and all information described within and shall return 1No completed and signed copy of a. The completed Form of Tender; b. The fully priced Contract Sum Analysis; c. The Certificate of Non-Collusion; d. Completed Tender Questionnaire The Contract Sum Analysis must be completed in full. Applicants are requested to complete and provide all relevant supporting information. The tender return date is Friday 30th November 2018 at 10am, and all tenders are to be delivered to Copeland Yussuf LLP, 3 Borthwick Street, Deptford, London SE8 3GH, marked for the attention of David Copeland. Permission to inspect the site is not required as the Recreation ground is open to the public. Technical queries should be addressed to David Copeland of Copeland Yussuf LLP.
