RFQ - 000217 - Employee satisfaction and engagement survey (Staff Survey)

NFRS currently uses a surveying system in-house in-order to undertake its biennial staff survey for its workforce (approx. 860). The current approach, although adequate, needs a refresh in terms of its length and focus. 'An engaged and motivated workforce' is one of the Service's 'three things' (strategic priorities) and measuring employee engagement, as well as satisfaction and workplace culture, are things we would like to focus on.

NFRS is seeking to procure a system and service from a supplier to deliver the staff survey on its behalf.
