GB-London: PROVISION OF CONFERENCE FACILITIES

NOTE: This notice was updated on 25 October 2019 for the following reason: Extension to tender window - submissions must no be submitted by 4pm on Wednesday 30th October 2019.(Cefas (The Centre for Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science) is an executive agency of Defra. It is an applied science agency that primarily supports government decision making whilst extending its reach across public sector, the EU and wider markets where possible in regards to marine and closely related environments. The 3-day Conference is scheduled to take place on 17-19 March 2020 (but 16-18 March 2020 might be considered, if necessary). It is intended that between 250 and 300 delegates from around the world will attend the Conference, and this will include ministerial level delegates.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
