Tender for the Installation and Removal of a Festival Lighting Scheme for Oadby & Wigston Borough Council and Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council

The Councils wishes to invite tenders for the supply of goods and services in respect to appoint a contractor to test, install and remove a festival lighting scheme within Oadby and Wigston Borough Council and Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council.\r \r The aims/objectives/service priorities of this contract are:\r \r • Two (2) Councils known as Oadby & Wigston Borough Council (OWBC) and Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council (HBBC) are looking to appoint a contractor to test, install and remove a festive light scheme for Oadby, Wigston and South Wigston town centres, Hinckley and Market Bosworth towns as shown in Document Two - Specification and Appendix 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 by the contractor to deliver the service required and in a safe manner. \r \r The proposal is sought as a minimum within the Oadby & Wigston Borough Council and Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council for:\r \r • Across Street LED Displays\r • LED Wall Displays\r • LED Column Displays\r • Inter-connectable LED icicle lights\r • Christmas tree LED mini lights (amount suitable) for 3 x 24 ft Christmas trees within Oadby/Wigston/South Wigston town centres and 2 x 35ft Christmas trees within Hinckley/Bosworth\r
