Supply of External Painting Services

We are seeking to procure a minimum of 6 suppliers for the provision of External Painting Services. This work is required for the Domestic Properties which we maintain on behalf of Hull City Council.

This contract has an estimated annual spend of £1,527,167. This is based on historic usage, KWL can offer no guarantee of spend volume or frequency of orders made to any supplier.

It is a requirement of this contract that successful tenderers must have business premises within the HU range of post codes - further details are available in the tender documents.

Suppliers must note that the service to be provided is not an exclusive arrangement and in order to meet the conditions of our contracts KWL may seek other suppliers in the event of a service failure.

The contract will be for a two year period commencing on the 15 March 2020 with and option to extend by a further year.

The award of contracts shall be carried out in accordance with KWL purchasing policy.
